What is a zine?
A zine (sometimes called a fanzine) is collection of organized art and written works collected in a publication. Sometimes they are physically published, and more ambitious projects may release other physical items like keychains, charms, themed stationary, and more.Is this a pairing/ship zine?
Yes, this is a pairing zine. The zine's main focus is on two characters: Kaveh and Alhaitham, as well as their Pokémon team. However there are no Top/Bottom dynamics, hence why our information posts are not tagged as solely Haikaveh or Kavetham.How many artists/merch artists/authors will you have?
This zine features 12 writers, 23 page artists, and 10 merchandise artists. You can check out their spotlights over on our Twitter/X (linked here) and Tumblr (and linked here)!I am interested! How do I apply as a contributor?
This zine is invite-only. We have already personally extended invitations to select artists and writers for this zine between February - March 2024.Will you have a physical/digital zine/other merch for sale?
Yes to all of the above! The final, physically-printed zine titled "Truth & Ideals" will be an A5 physical booklet with approximately 110 pages all printed in color. There will be a companion digital-only side zine titled "A Trainer's Guide to Teyvat."We also have physical merchandise including acrylic charms, stickers, drink coasters, and more![NEW] What Stretch Goals were unlocked?
As of December 29th, physical pre-orders are over. We have unlocked 4/5 of our stretch goals:

+ Double-sided 'card-shaped' charm
+ Fridge Magnet
+ An additional share goal of 2 wooden keychains of Kaveh & Alhaitham's constellations.What is the difference between the main zine and the side zine?
The main zine "Truth & Ideals" will be physically published and shipped for those who pre-ordered. It has fully-formatted, polished artwork and fanfiction written by our contributor team of artists and writers.The side zine "A Trainer's Guide to Teyvat" will be digital-only companion anthology of concept art, comics, worldbuilding, and shorter fics that are also part of the Genshin x PKMN universe that we couldn't fit into the main zine. The art featured within will be more like a concept art / 'behind-the-scenes,' along with the writer's thoughts about the making of the zine.Is this zine SFW?
It is fully Safe For Work. We will not be offering any NSFW art, writing, or merch in this project.Is this zine for profit?
Yes. Any excess after the printing, manufacturing, and shipping costs will go towards the artists and authors involved in the project.Where can this zine be shipped?
We will be shipping from North America and will try to accommodate as many international fans as we can. More accurate information will be released when preorders are released on November 1st, 2024.
